The Silver Surfer @ Cathay.

I was in Cathay to catch the Ocean’s 13. Quite a good movie with interesting plot to beat. While there, I tookmy camera along to catch our Silver Surfer in action, surfing of course. Picture at the side bar from my flickr site.

You got to give some respect to this 15 years old kid, he built a mini nuclear power reactor in his basement with $3,500 dollars budget.

It bound’s to happen, someone build a tall building and before you can say ‘how tall?’ there will be someone else planning to build the next one.

Talk about “up-manship” to the core.

Found this short article from Popular Mechanics’s (PM) website. It is interesting to note that this upcoming Burj Dubai comes with a special feature to keep up with potential title snatcher. Apparently, not wanting to give up it’s title easily once completed, the tower come with (not confirm, most likely one of the most well guard secret at this time) steel frame structure that can be increase in height. According to PM’s article, the final height could reach 3084 ft or more.

Up, up and away!

Hilarious Anime

Seto no Hanayome

Seto no Hanayome

Watching this anime really tickle your laughing bone to no end.

As I know this series is based on an ongoing manga series written by Tahiko Kimura. The adaption of manga to animation is by GONZO and directed by Seiji Kishi. Currently Japan it’s air by TV Tokyo since 1st April 2007. Source: Wikipedia.

The story start off with Nagasumi Michishio vacationing in his grandmother home town and midway thru he drown in the Seto Inland Sea. Lucky for him he was save by a mermaid name San Seto. By the time Nagasumi wakes up again, he barely have any idea who save him until back at his grandma home, San’s father Gōzaburō Seto send his henchman to pick Nagasumi & his family.

Of course here is the best part start, Nagasumi are given choice while San’s father breathing down his neck trying to kill him at every opportunity. Realizing the best way out is to marry San, San’s father went berserk on the idea of his cute daughter marrying & living with Nagasumi. More laugh ensure afterwards.

Having watch this anime really bring me good laugh to no end. Highly recommendable for Anime fans.
